For the runners:

•   ---> Medical certificate duly completed by your doctor

 

 

•   ---> The ECG at rest or the effort test

 

For supporters:

 

•   ----> Entry form for supporters 

 

The other possible documents:

 

•   ---> The sponsorship form filled in by the competitor you have sponsored

 

NB: Participation in the Cuba Mountain Trail, an event in an unusual environment, requires in addition

to an adapted training, a good health at the time of your participation.
