THE PROGRAMME
The TREG® Ennedi will take place from 15 to 26 January 2027.
You can :
- choose our flights and insurance option or
- book your own international flights to N'Djamena, the capital of Chad. Connections with Air France, Royal Air Maroc, Turkish Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines or Egypt Air are available from Paris.
If you choose to book the flights yourself, you must be present for departure to Ennedi on Satirday 16 January 2027 at 6 a.m. at the hotel that will be indicated to you, and you will return to N'Djamena on Sunday 24 January 2027.
Provisional programme:
Friday 15 January: Meet at Orly at 3.30 pm. Royal Air Maroc flight at 6.20 pm – Arrival in N’Djamena at 4.25 am on Saturday 16 January. Transfer to the La Tchadienne hotel to await the domestic flight.
Saturday 16 January: Meet at 6.00 am for travellers not travelling with the group. Early morning departure on a domestic flight to Ennedi. Welcome by the authorities. Transfer by 4x4 to the TREG® base camp. Arrival in the afternoon – Settle in, then overnight stay at the TREG® base camp.
Sunday 17 January: Technical and medical checks – Satellite tag and GPS training – Race briefing.
Monday 18 January: Start of Stage 1. Completion of technical and medical checks for the non-stop races
Tuesday 19 January to Friday 22 January: Races take place: the TREG®, the Half TREG® and the TREG® Marathon, along with Stages 2 to 5. Runners who have already finished the non-stop races will be able to follow the other competitors or visit natural sites using the vehicles and guides made available to them.
Saturday 23 January: Free day – Various visits (Guelta Archeï, rock paintings, etc.) – Awards ceremony.
Sunday 24 January: Early morning departure by 4x4 to the airport for the domestic return flight to N’Djamena. Group dinner in N’Djamena. Closing evening. Overnight stay at the hotel
Monday 25 January: Free day in N’Djamena. Overnight stay at the hotel
Tuesday 26 January: Departure at 5.25 am for Paris on the Royal Air Maroc flight. Arrival at Paris Orly at 5.10 pm
One or more extensions to visit exceptional sites in Chad (Ounianga Lakes, Zakouma Park, etc.) may be offered at the request of competitors by the local partner agency Toumay Voyages. In this case, the domestic return flight to N'Djamena will not be available to those who have booked an extension.
